Just have to say what an amazing experience dealing with Orchard Ford again, I have bought or leased dozens of vehicles from them and would not go anywhere. The only thing better is dealing with Cindy Draper (our sales rep) at Orchard Ford. What an amazing person with amazing knowledge of all vehicles. If you want to deal with a real good person that will work her butt off for you, Cindy Draper is it. My wife Tina Is so happy with her Vehicle. Thank you Jim Findlay

Great service every time I’ve dealt with Orchard Ford Matt and everyone has been fantastic always quick to respond and on top of things and just made the whole experience really easy. A big thank you to Mario and Dan at Orchard Ford. After a few initial challenges, they stepped in and helped finalize my deal with honesty, professionalism, and care. They made sure my $8,000 deposit was properly acknowledged and applied toward my new financed vehicle, which gave me real peace of mind. They also added a thoughtful personal touch: two hats for my wife and me, and a water bottle for our daughter. Those little gestures meant a lot. I really appreciate how Mario and Dan took care of us and brought everything together. Thank you both for turning the experience around and ending it on such a positive note!

Response from the owner:Congratulations Miguel, on your new Bronco! They're an amazing SUV, at home both on and off the beaten path!!! It's built factory ready for any new adventure you can throw at it! Thank you very much for the kind, 5-Star Google Review and Rating! I'm very happy to hear Dan and Mario were able to pass along our Orchard Ford Family Sales Experience! After 43 years of being family owned and operated, we've learned that it's the Small-Town Values and treatment that make the difference today! We'll see you again soon at our location on Highway 97 North just across from Scandia! T.P.

I have an older Ford F-150 and needed the spark plugs replaced. Won't lie I was a little worried that my 2006 with 350+ km was going to have some issue with the plugs coming out but all was good. Every time I have my truck serviced with them they always do a great job. Will always bring my truck back for repairs at this location.

Response from the owner:We appreciate the 5 star review Alexander. Thank You!!!

I bought a brand new F-350 XLT from Orchard Ford in Kelowna and the whole experience was outstanding. I live in the Lower Mainland and was out of town, so making the trip wasn’t simple — they still got me a smoking deal and even covered my hotel so I could come pick it up. Kyle and Evan were the sales associates who helped me. No pressure, really clear communication, and they made everything easy from start to finish. Absolute five-star service and a spectacular experience overall. Highly recommend Orchard Ford if you’re looking for a new Ford, especially a truck. These guys do it right.

Response from the owner:Hi Chris, thanks VERY much for this kind, 5-Star Google Review and Rating! We're so happy to have a new out-of-town member to the Orchard Ford Family! Congratulations on your new F-350, and we'll see you again real soon! T.P.

I was dealing on a used car for my granddaughter with Orchard Ford and John O'Callahan the salesman. I have to say in all the years of dealing for vehicles I've never run into a salesman and a dealership so honest and trustworthy. Even after the sale they covered a repair issue that came up. After this episode I will never deal with any other dealership. Tony Van Leest
